This place is clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. There was a plumbing issue that was addressed immediately. I requested a top floor room away from the elevator and when we arrived that is exactly what we received.. The lady that checked us in ( I believe she was the shift manager) , very personable and efficient. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

We stayed just passing through and in back home, we called because there are 7 of us and we expected 2 rooms and over 250.00 but they have a family room that is amazing for the price. The front desk staff and hospitality really went about and beyond. In a world that is rude and inconsiderate, it was so refreshing to find such wonderful hospitality from strangers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had enough towels, and they even brought up more shampoos without me requesting it! She thought ahead for just about everything. I would have given 5 stars but there hotel itself needs a little bit of work as our room had a hole where the bathroom door kept hitting it, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me since it's a family room I'm assuming a kid swung the the door to fast causing it. The staff here makes the trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you again to the night shift and seeing shift staff!
