I loved my room!. Everything was clean, well organized and I had access to everything that I would have access to otherwise at another hotel, obviously at a higher cost.
The staff, the staff, the staff; were just amazing people. Cordial, fast, accommodating, reliable and very very helpful to folks like myself that are unfamiliar with the area. I got way more than I bargained for from the staff; with respect to areas conducive to retirees, specific directions to attractions, points of contact that could help me with locating real estate, and a bottomless carafe of fresh coffee for motivation.
Housekeeping was lightning fast with no loss to quality. The breakfast was hot, fresh and always dependable for those on-the-go. No offense intended to other hotel chains I have used, but I am very comfortable with the expectations of the 'Quality Inn'-brand. I know what to expect from the consistency of cleanliness of the rooms, freshness of bed linens and bath linens, placement of electrical outlets and USB charge/general use ports, the quality of the in-room coffee, the quality of breakfast and all within an absolutely fair price range.
"Thanks" is not a strong characterization of my appreciation for everything.
