I must say that the staff at the hotel are absolutely super nice. However, there are signs everywhere stating they are under renovation. I didn't see anyone working on renovating. The elevators can take you up to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor but not back down...most of the time... due to lightening strike and it having a short. When we flushed the toilet, we thought it would overflow. They checked it out and moved us up to the second floor where this room had tiles missing from the ceiling. The towels that people used were left in the pool from the night before and the water had a green tinge to it. Just overall not very clean. Yet, the breakfast was good with a large variety. You could have eggs, potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, frutit etc. However, the main juice machine was broken. Just feel they need a huge overhaul. The good parts are the price, you can stay with a pet if needed, and the staff is very friendly and kind.

I must stress that this location in the Poconos mountain area is a horrid location and should be avoided regardless of the deals offered. Unclean conditions in public areas, plenty of out of service amenities, tried to overcharge me though already reserved via booking site.
Doors open to other unoccupied rooms on multiple floors creating security issues for those there. Elevator out of service... Bugs at breakfast... Dirty pool with out of order sauna. Trash in hallway, stairwell and fitness room plus about the grounds. TV didn't work initially in room which store when called front desk to repair. If it wasn't for late night check in from the highway would have gone elsewhere.
