My family of 5 (kids 11,12 and 14) booked this hotel to spend the week in Niagara Falls... HUGE mistake! I can’t tell you how dirty and terrible this place is. Aside from no breakfast, no elevator, no customer service... I can easily deal with those things, as we stay at Choice hotels always and I don’t expect a Hilton... at a minimum I expect a clean-ish room with a comfortable and clean bed. The beds were seriously like a board with springs sticking out of them, and the non-carpeted floors had tons of hair, dirt, mud, cigarette butts, food, you name it... all over! By far the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. The toilet was leaking on the floor the entire time... there was a rusted bolt laying on the floor behind the toilet and it looks like the tank came loose... I put down a few of the towels to soak up the water. I saw the night employee (yes only one in the entire hotel) “cleaning” another room across from us... the mop water was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. I’m fairly confident he took the dirty mop and used it on the toilet, tub, floors, etc. There was literally a group with a keg in the parking lot playing REALLY loud music the one night we were there... please note that I’m not opposed to a good party, but WTH? This was at a “Choice Hotel”? No way Choice would approve of this disgusting place!
We had scheduled three nights here, but only spent one actually.... we arrived at around 10pm the first night so even though we tried to find something else it wasn’t possible to leave that late. The next day we had prepaid for a tour of the falls, so even though we ended up finding an alternative hotel that night we still paid for the second night even though we just left our bags there until around 8pm.... I checked out that following morning, and even though I shared the concerns they basically just said they would cancel my 3rd night... no real shock to the only employee working about what we shared. I truly hope nobody else makes this same mistake...

Simply stated don’t stay here. Traveling with family to see the falls and thought (by online review only) this would be a nice option but we were wrong. Our room had dirty floors and hair was stuck along the outside of the tub and in the corners. In a family members room (right beside mine) there was an adult toy package under the mattress. Completely inexcusable. Management notified but nothing done. Outside the side entry door cigarettes were laying everywhere. The whole place was just nasty. Too bad you can’t give negative stars.
