The rooms are sadly in need of upgrading ... the "wood" tables and dresser edges had the paint (or stain) worn off. We had a "pet friendly" room which was okay but still had carpeting on the floor.
We were not advised of the $20 per pet per night fee prior to checking in (and were not advised even AT checkin). It was only later in the evening when someone told us that we had to come down to the desk "right away" and provide a form and pay the pet fee.
We were thoroughly displeased with the discussions with the staff and the manager. They were very not exactly rude but kept repeating "that's our policy" again and again. Even when we asked to use their phone we were denied. They have zero customer service.
We were not able to be reimbursed for our second night stay (and we did not stay) because through redirection on the internet, we had inadvertently booked through Priceline who are also very inflexible.
All in all a very unsatisfactory experience with both the Quality Inn and Priceline

We stayed here for a one night stop. It was all pre paid. They put a hold on your credit card for $100 but not actually a HOLD. It went through and i got charged. Problem is I am in canadian funds. So the hold went through at $136.08. I called them and they said there is a credit on my account of the $100 USD which gave me $129.27 canadian so i ended up loosing $6.81 You may want to factor this in when looking at prices to book.
Positive......breakfast was fine, even had bacon. Bed was clean, yes bit older hotel but price reflects that.
