I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Dishonest people. I booked on Priceline. When I arrived at 2am, exhausted, with kids they told me that I already checked in. They showed me my registration with clearly someone else’s signature and claimed that the person that checked in had my ID. Of course, I called the police. They told the police that it was a misunderstanding and they were going to give me a room but at a higher rate. I called Priceline and they called the motel and were told that I already checked in. I explained that no, I was standing there with the police and had not checked in. Priceline got back on the phone with the motel and then came back to me and said they were giving me a full refund. Priceline stayed, “they could not answer any questions about your reservation or the ID presented for the reservation so, we are refunding the whole amount.”
