We were very happy with our KIng size bed and suite. Very comfy and spacious room. Has a smaller size microwave and fridge. Metro grocery store and a few other options right across the street for us to microwave our dinner.

I will preface this by saying that I was very concerned about the quality of this Quality Inn after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor - to the point that I was considering cancelling and booking somewhere else.
We travelled to Gananoque for a wedding and stayed here for one night. We had booked three rooms and they staff were able to accommodate an early check in for us. They were friendly and courteous.
The room was adequate for what we needed. Yes it is dated. Yes the layout of some of the rooms are odd. There may be motels at the same rate that are nicer - I don’t know because I’ve never been to them.
But the room looked exactly as it does on the website - perhaps with a little wear but it was clean and tidy. It did not smell musty as many of the reviews have complained about. It had everything we needed. The bed was made, clean and comfortable.
They also allow dogs for $15/night which was a plus. We did not try the free breakfast so I can’t speak to that.
So - if I was looking for a luxury vacation I would not book this place. But - it is perfectly fine. If you want new and shiny, then you will find the Holiday Inn down the road for more than double the price.
