With the hurricane on the coast and that wasn’t an option we decided to go to Niagara Falls. Sense my wife and I have never been there, that was our destination. So like always I go to TripAdvisor to see what our choices are. After seeing this motel was walking distance to the falls and free parking. I clicked on to booking our days we would be there. It took me to booking.com to register our stay. Two nights basically with tax was 90$ a piece. That wasn’t bad at all. After booking then I decided to look at reviews. Basically you get a wide range of reviews some can be scary.
Upon arriving you may have to park in a parking garage to the side of the motel. Make sure to ask at the motel what floor to park on an if you need to get a ticket to get stamped at the front desk. There is not much parking at the motel.
The room we stayed in was pretty clean. No bugs under the mattress or around the seems. I would stay here again when we go back to the falls. The bar was interesting with karaoke both nights we were there. I didn’t care for the papa Johns breakfast pizza. It was kinda bland. Only tried 1 piece.
The only bad experience we had was the employee that felt he should park in a handicapped parking spot without a placard. Sense I need a hip replacement some long walks makes it hard to get around. Security was all about getting the vehicle moved until they realized it was an employee’s vehicle. But with persistence of my wife it was moved. Thought that was kinda bad of the motel that they know they don’t have much parking an a employee feels he has the right to there. My motto is the customer is first

When we walked in to check in there was a long line which was fine but when we got to the desk they couldnt find our reservation and the lady roodly asked us to step to the side so she could check in everyone else then would get to us and i of coarse said um no you can do it now. Once we got that all settled and got to our room there was 2 ladybugs flying on the ceiling and dust on the top corners of the ceiling. The floor was dirty and so was the tub. They do not refill your soaps everyday so you have to call if you need more. Usually we bring our own but we forgot this time. The free breakfast is either waffles, cold eggs, paper thin bacon or cold breakfast pizza. Definatly drive 10 minutes to Dennys if you want something worth eating. My reccomendation is to stay on the Canadian side because it has all of the meuseums, kid activities and food spots over there. Also the best view of the falls is over there.
