Thank you Pullman Bali, your staff really welcome and nice. I arrived in afternoon and like usually they offer take luggage, give welcome drinks.
Rooms was ok, but I think need to concern cleanness at rooms corridors.
Breakfast hmm.. so so! I expected more as 5star hotel, but is ok compare the price I bought.
The infinity pool was great, definitely need to come as soon after finished breakfast to get sun bed.

We deliberated over what area and then what hotel we would stay in for a month before booking and Pullman Bali' was worth the effort on every level. The staff were so attentive & friendly they weren't just a credit to the hotel but the people of Bali in general & I felt this was born out of real caring and not just duty.The rooms were spacious, the food at breakfast was great and deliciouse.Was greets by Arya upon Breakfast to make sure our holidays is enjoyable and thank you for extended our late check-out before we decided to move to Seminyak. Thank you to all the staff & even the security guys who stand in hot sun all day, make you feel compfortable & even stop traffic if you want to cross the road from the hotel. Amazing place I must revisit.
