We decided to stay here because our daughter just moved to PV and lives nearby. We wanted to get more of a feel of what it is really like to 'live' in PV vs feeling like a tourist in the larger resorts, which is what we usually do. This place is definitely not a fancy resort. It has a kitchen, which we used. Nearby grocery store within walking distance. Very very reasonable prices! 4 bags of stuff was like 20usd!!! Crazy. Nice pool, mostly spanish speaking guests and also this place has permanent residences too. I wanted the feling of living there, and I got it. I will say the bed is hard as a rock, but my daughter, who lives in PV, said the same thing about her furnished apartment-mattresses are HARD!! There are various outdoor cats in and around the premises which I found especially awesome, since I am a cat/dog parent! Puss Puss is the resident kitty - very sweet!! We walked to the Food Court next door numerous times - tacos/pizza/sushi/play areas for the kids. Nice mall across the street. So much within walking distance. There is parking off street if you decide to rent a car. There are several english tv channels, which is nice. All in all, a great vacation but no personalized services.....there is a restaurant there but we never went there.....

When I got to the office to check in, They said you didn't tell us you were in a wheelchair. They don't have elevators and blamed me for not telling them. I didn't see anything on their info stating they didn't have elevators. They didn't want to give me a refund, (I had prepayed) So I had to pay an extra $75.00 us. Mexico is not very wheelchair friendly in general. The buildings are 4 stories high. I got a room on the main floor. I went there for medical treatment not vacation. While there, I asked for 2 wake up calls. They didn't call making me later my Dr. appointments. The second time they said the phone system was down? I said why didn't someone knock on my door? No answer. The restaurant was only accessible from stairs. I ordered from Uber Eats. Every time I ordered food, the guard at the gate wouldn't let them in. The bed was a rock! Hardest bed I have ever slept on. Also, only sheets on bed, no blankets. My chair couldn't get into the bathroom. Out of 100 rooms, No wheelchair rooms. Never going back there! They have a habit of blaming the customer!
