If you want to have your vacation ruined by unhelpful staff, poor food, small, moldy rooms and overpriced drinks; this is the place for you... This entire trip was one customer service disaster after another, some of the highlights include getting locked out of our room and needing several round trips to the front desk to get it resolved (no small walk given how far the room was from the elevators). Getting locked out of our room safe. Getting cold, poorly prepared food from room service. The WiFi not working. Getting the wrong (lesser) type of room for the level of membership we have and the room being damp and moldy.
I am not used to this type of resort (which seems to cater to people that like all-inclusive plans), but it's hard to understand how just a few blocks away in town, everyone speaks passable English and gives great customer service for half the price. When I try to do the same activities at the resort, the staff take forever to serve us and they ask us the same question over and over and then try to give something we didn't ask for and it all ends up costing a fortune.
Needless to say, I will not be going back to a Pueblo Bonito resort. I am seriously concerned about the potential respiratory impact of the moldy room and will be seeing a doctor shortly!

Staying the week in
Los Cabo’s - Pueblo Bonito Rosa
was a very fun week. Many activities to choose from on the property or in the water. We went snorkeling yesterday. Today was Jet skiing. Water sports are run by many companies but we chose Bonito Tours. Professional and safe. Many attendants to help & watch us, insuring our safety.
