Decor coming in looks fantastic and sleek with a great location in front of the Shinagawa train station but that’s about it.
Efficient but don’t expect service. Bellboy didn’t even offer to help me with my luggage though I had a pretty big piece. Had to drag it to the room by myself.
Room is non memorable.
Typical average business hotel.

Everything about this hotel was nothing but luxurious. It's clear that they take pride in every detail. And that attention to detail is shared amongst all staff-- from bellhop to cleaning staff. We stayed on the 8th floor. Bed was so comfortable. I could honestly lounge in it all day. The amenities were top notch. There are other Princr Hotels in the same vicinity. The Japanese garden is quite lovely. I didnt get a chance to visit the Japanese tea house on the property. Metro is 5 minutes away and there's also busses nearby. It's a 20 minute metro ride from HND. Would definitely stay again.
