We decided to visit Portland Maine for the first time to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We met AJ at the front desk & upon arrival he made us aware that they upgraded our room to help us celebrate the special occasion. The room was awesome! The hotel has a very modern, clean look mixed with art from local artists. The hotel and the room was immaculately clean, well furnished. We were also treated to a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a personalized card from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary. The staff went above and beyond everyday. At one point, I had a tray of breakfast items that looked very unstable in my hands and Joshua (from the front desk) ran over to hit the elevator button for me. At another instance, Christian (front desk), came over and offered us 3 tiny stuffed lobster toys to take home for our kids. On our last night, we were treated to a complimentary drink since our flight was delayed by 2 hours. I would more than highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance to everything in the main Portland Maine area and the free hotel shuttle is a nice bonus. Special shout outs to AJ, Joshua, Christian, Maryelle, the cleaning staff and any other front desk staff that made our stay super enjoyable. The valet drivers, especially Brian and Kelvin were amazing. Great guys who brought us to and fro safely. Awesome staff all around and would gladly stay here again. Thanks Press!
