Huge PARKING ISSUE, hot rooms and loud music from gym.

Parking - Although it is managed by a third party, it does not excuse the fact I was not pre warned that the machines takes ONLY 6x£1 coins. This is a very specific amount of coins to have. I had to walk across to a Sainsburys, make a purchase with a £20 note to get the 6 pounds coins required. Upon arriving back to my car there was a man about to write a ticket!!! CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE MADE AWARE BEFORE ARRIVAL. I was in a hurry to park so I could get in to central London, and this slowed my day down considerably.

Air con - Fan speed was not working so was on the lowest setting AND kept turning off after short periods of time, so had a hot sweaty sleep.

Gym - VERY loud gym music from 7:30am on Sunday morning woke me up and continued non stop throughout my morning.

No phone in room so unable to contact reception (no staff at desk either).

Pleasant stopover for a few days in London without having to pay over the top prices if travelling by car the car parking is next to the hotel and at a special rate of only £6 for hotel guests for 24 hours the rooms are a bit dated but unless you are fussy very adequate
