Overview

Located on Sassafras Hill among 140 acres of land, this inn is not far from the University of Arkansas Razorbacks Stadium as well as downtown Fayetteville. Families can enjoy some downtime and some rest and relaxation when staying at this inn. So after a big game or a day of exploring, have a sit and relax on the wrap-around porch. The seven unique guestrooms are individually decorated and feature king beds, sofas and some feature a fireplace. The two-bedroom Cottage is ideal for families. Each bedroom features a queen bed and the living room features a flat screen television with a Bluray player and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, dishwasher and refrigerator and the dining room can seat eight people comfortably. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can also be found in the cottage and throughout the Inn.

Quaint, quiet and beautiful

This beautiful inn is one mile from RazorBack Stadium. Nestled in the woods, each room is different with a fireplace in the room, a private balcony, enormous walk in shower, his and her jacuzzi, and breakfast delivered to your room each morning at the hour of your choosing. Garrett, and Jeremy were both helpful and made my stay so comfortable! The Inn is 130 years old and had been family owned for years until a real estate company purchase the Inn and Barn. Hundreds of fabulous parties and wedding have enjoyed the beauty and setting I found here.

We stayed at the Pratt Place Inn for my sisters birthday! They were so nice and handled some special requests for me! The inn is so beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable! The fireplace added a wonderful touch to our celebration! The bathroom was so big and so beautiful! What a fabulous weekend! I will definitely go again!
