We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was perfect. So much space and it was very clean, the views were amazing and only a 10 minute walk into town. The apartments are also very well equipped.
It’s a lovely walk down a near by path to the lake, then you can walk into town via the lake or to the marina in the opposite direction.

Definitely they need to raise up the checking standard on room facilities. I've stayed 3 nights in 114A at Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu Queenstown.
1. I don't understand why kitchen extractor hood the circulation system will circulate back in apartment, it's cost smell no matter I cook the breakfast with ham & egg only.
2. The kitchen waste machine which under the sink is not function, I've tried to plug in and out the socket still not working.
3. No frying pan in the apartment (is it normal?? That's is weird)
4. The warm up system in bathroom is malfunction.
5. The black book (Rm instruction guide book) was missing facilities page, please check room carefully when guest check out. This page is very helpful for next guest check in!!
The good things in the room. Good location very convenience to go to Central city. Very spacious with living room and bedroom. Bedding is cozy and clean. I love the fireplace, it make room get warm very quickly.
