This year-round mountain resort’s setting offers families a place to play outside, as well as a variety of family-oriented accommodations. These include rooms and spacious suites in the main lodge, separate cabins and the Watson House, a private 3,000-square-foot mountain lodge. The suites range in size and amenities. Some include two levels, king or queen bed, and one or two twin beds, sitting area, fireplace and two bathrooms. The Pipestone Cabin is perfect for families of five or more. The resort offers several dining options from the casually elegant Post Dining Room (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the Sir Norman Lounge for lighter fare, or the casual Outpost Pub. Tea is served every day from 2 to 5 p.m. in the lobby. Kids will love the spacious saltwater pool.
