Great spot

The rooms are very basic. But the building is full of great people and the price is right . We stay here every year and find the location to be one of the best available. 3 minute walk to beach , stores, restaurants are all very close

Hidden Gem

Have booked a room here for Bike week in April 2015. We checked it out Feb 11th/15 on a trip to Mazatlan and it was very clean, freindly staff and more than what you need. They have several units with kitchens and all units have a patio with furniture. The pool is more than big enough and there is a restaurant on site as well. Looking forward to staying there. Will add a review after we have stayed. Oh and the prices were great too !
