Terrible resort

Rooms dirty, no service, no cleaning, beds not good, doghairs in the appartment, swimming pool NOT heated, whirlpool was too hot. The whole complex was run down, far too expensive for what it has to offer. The wifi only worked outside of the appartment. THIS IS NO RESORT!

Worst resort ever

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived slightly after closing and the late check in key wasn't where they said it would be. No phone to call. Wasted 30 minutes before someone came out looking for us. Outdated resort, everything is old. Maintenance projects and supplies are everywhere. Worst part, the bed was slanted so we rolled down the bed into the wall. So uncomfortable. We have called and emailed them at least 3 times to let them know of are poor experience and they do NOT respond! Pathetic!
