The resort is beautiful. Our villa was incredibly comfortable and the view lovely. Exactly what you would want on your honeymoon. The staff are fabulous. This is a lively place to land for a couple days to chill. Nai Yang is a very small and quiet area. Although this is a beach resort, when the tide is out, it is WAY out and you basically have a mud flat to cross. Still beautiful area just know beforehand there is not a lot to do. The park nearby is charming and the small beach restaurants in the sand are so special and delicious. We would have eaten there more often had we not had to cross water when the tide was in to get there. An easy walk to the beach restaurants and town unless the tide is in and the. It’s a 10 minute drive.

Hotel under renovation. We stayed 2 nights. Beds are super hard. Check in easy and friendly. Breakfast was good but somehow they served only tasteless fruit. In a country where fresh sweet fruit is everywhere I don’t know how the managed to screw it up. Staff at breakfast was hassled and grumpy. Dinner meals overpriced and underwhelming. It’s a far trip from hotel to the main city area. Beach was nice and well kept. Definitely skip the spa and get a massage on the beach in the fresh air.
