Booked this hotel with a couple girlfriends for a ladies evening away. Getting a room is cheaper than everyone cabbing from home to dinner to the bar and back again. Room is a tad dated but everything worked as it should. The room was on max heat as we entered and the hotel should prob monitor this as it’s a waste of energy when nobody was in the room. We turned it way down because it was sweltering. Beds were comfy. Bedding was soft. I slept well. Nice quiet hotel for sleeping. This hotel is in a great spot right downtown. We were able to walk to dinner and hit several bars. Check in was easy and the front line staff members was pleasant and informed us of neighboring hot spots. We will definitely stay here again.

Girl friends weekend with sweet times, long walks at the Reserve by Trent University and good food. The hotel was central to the city. We were in walking distance to restaurants, Theatre and the Ottonabee River. The inn was basic but, clean, quiet, offered a good continental breakfast and great staff.
