Honestly, this place needs to be shut down. Upon arrival we were greeted by construction workers drinking, the “front desk” smelled of sewage, non-working elevators and inconvenient parking. Our first room had torn up furniture and the second room had roaches......and to top off I was charged fees for someone else’s room. Yes, I had a receipt and yes I spoke to a manager. The manager’s response was “oh well”. Thanks a lot Bill!

Most reviewers have captured the many shortcomings of this property.
I experienced most of what has been mentioned, dirty rooms and restaurant, worn out furnishings and elevators, mold in rooms, non-existing housekeeping etc.. I would not bring my kids here again under any circumstances.
The fact is the issues at this property go way beyond anything the staff could fix on their own, any repair they do is merely a band aid on a terminal patient. The best thing would be to tear it down and start over.
