Where other hotels and resorts throw extra stuff at you, Pelican Cove was the exact opposite in a good way! The rooms are not huge, and walls are thin, but the view and the overall area (Pelican Cove and Postcard Hotel) is amazing! Included in your “fee” is free kayaking, free towels, cont. breakfast (keep in mind if skipping carbs), and much more. There is various (at least three) pools one has access to, along with many lounge chairs right along the beach. For those that drink there is two bars, including the famous Tiki Bar. Along with some shops, Starbucks, and fishing options within walking distance on the area (with your wrist access) this is an amazing get away for anyone!!! My husband has now been here twice and we are already talking about a return trip to come! Come relax, restore, and let the craziness of the world slide away!

We stayed one night to break up the trip from Miami to Key West and we wished we would have stayed longer. Pelican Cove was very nice, lots to do, clean beach, clean room, very friendly staff, good food, no complaints at all.
