Overview

Located right in the heart of Times Square, The Pear Hotel offers guests premiere access to many of New York City’s best and most popular family-friendly attractions, restaurants and shops.

The 94 luxury rooms and suites come in a variety of sizes and layouts, but each offers flat-screen TV’s, luxurious full baths (some with their own flat-screen TV’s!), complimentary Wi-Fi access, Keurig coffee machines, iHomes, individual climate control, wooden desks and assorted leather furniture. The deluxe rooms also include refrigerators and microwaves. For families, we recommend at least a Deluxe Room With Two Double Beds.

The onsite restaurant, E&E Grill House, serves up delicious American fare, including grilled fresh fish, a variety of burgers, steaks, pork chops, ribs and even tofu. As there’s no kid’s menu, we recommend bringing older kids and teens here. An onsite fitness center provides guests with cardio equipment and light hand-held weights.

Outside the The Pearl’s shell, guests are presented with an entire world of options. The property is located literally right across the street from the historic Eugene O’Neill Theatre. You’re also minutes away from the American Museum of Natural History, Columbus Circle, Central Park, Lincoln center and more.

Excellent Thoroughly Recommend

Once again, I am going to rave about The Pearl Hotel. It’s been four years since our last visit and this place is still special.
First of all was the front reception and the great service and treatment when we arrived. I’d booked the hotel on the Internet two days before our arrival. When I did the booking, I was unable to book the same room for our entire stay, just came up that there were no rooms available. Turns out that by fiddling around with the dates & rooms I was able to get accommodation for our 8 day stay. I’d booked the Deluxe Queen Suite for the first night and the Deluxe King Suite for the rest of the stay. When we arrived at the hotel, Reception were able to work their magic and give us the Deluxe King Suite for the entire stay, as opposed to having to switch rooms after one night. Fabulous service. Best of all – no extra charge.

Great location, close to Time Square, close to Subway stations, close to loads of restaurants. Our Deluxe King Suite was just the ticket; the extra room with the lounge area was much appreciated, especially when ours was an 8 day stay. Fabulously comfortable bed, great linen, very clean.
All the staff are fabulous – they couldn’t be more helpful, nor do enough for us. Big shout out to Francesco (who definitely gets an Employee of the Month award from me) and Manuel and Juan. Always pleasant, always smiling.
Other friends of ours were staying at the Edison – which they didn’t like; and were envious that they weren’t staying at our hotel.
We’ll definitely be coming back to the Pearl next time we are in New York.

Quite the gem

Location was fantastic as well as service and cleanliness. Hotel stay was great they offered a wine and cheese hour, was great. Very accommodating hotel. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and well cleaned. Would highly recommend, we loved our stay.
