This round, 15-floor, tower-shaped Doubletree-brand hotel has 300 rooms, each featuring a private balcony that offers either a stunning view of downtown Gatlinburg or of the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Guestrooms all have refrigerators and coffee makers, and each floor also offers a microwave stand for guests to use. Eight of the rooms are family suites that include a master bedroom plus a kids’ room with 2 bunk beds and its own half-bath.

The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Park Vista also offers two indoor pools (a three-foot-deep pool for younger guests and a five-foot deep pool for older guests), each with its own waterside. You’ll also find a fitness room, a game room and a kids’ playground.
