Formerly the Sheraton Park Tower, the Park Tower is located in London’s trendy Knightsbridge neighborhood and remains a member of the Starwood Preferred Guest collection of hotels. As its name applies, the hotel is a towering building, providing 280 guest rooms with views of the London skyline. Room options include Classic Rooms, Executive Rooms with Club Lounge privileges, Panoramic Rooms and Executive Suites, which also enjoy the Club Lounge but with separate living and sleeping areas. The only rooms that sleep four are Executive Suites, so families will be regulated to this option, unless traveling with teens and booking separate rooms. Onsite dining is available at One-O-One Restaurant, with daily afternoon tea served in the Knightsbridge Lounge. SPG members receive complimentary Wi-Fi.

The place is in desperate need of a technical manager. The super automatic lift selection system failed when we arrived on Thursday and wasn’t reinstated fully till we left on Sunday.
The bedside lamp was constantly flickering. The room had 8-10 ceiling spots which were changed to LED at different stages with lamps of different intensity and light color! The 1990 a/c controller suffered an overaged screen which went on and off at random, letting you guess the settings at certain times. Just outside our room there was a utility room where an overwhelmed pump of some kind was making a sharp noise after every toiled flush, probably struggling to pump water to the 15th floor.
At breakfast, on day one we had to bear with an air conditioning blowing hairdryer air, whereas on the last day half of the guests were eating with their overcoats on.
Service wise, the first day at breakfast two not extremely efficient waiters were trying to deal with maybe 10 tables, without great success. The last day this has been significantly improved, when the waiters were at least five! This was not the case with the BAR/coffee shop/restaurant at the Lobby, where the one and only lady was clearly not enough for a place that charged two persons lunch at 250 pounds. The food was not bad and we knew what we ordered price wise but the service was between Ryanair and McDonald’s. All in all, nothing to do with Luxury. Sorry guys you don’t live to the standards of the chain....

We felt very comfortable on our first visit to the Park Tower. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and really kind, that made us feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble and mr.Dean outside at the front is the best.
Great location with Hyde park at a stone's throw and Harrods around the corner.
These people know how too thrive a hotel and give the guests a home away from home. Cheers!
