The hotel structure itself isn't new, it has that classic chalet feel, however the rooms look like they've been renovated recently, though. Everything was very clean and the service was excellent. The staff are friendly and very attentive to the guests, especially the children. The food was surprisingly very good! I don't normally expect too much from hotel food, but we were pleasantly surprised to have eaten very well and send our compliments to the kitchen and wait staff. The pool is clean and enjoyable for both parents and kids.They also have activities for non skiers and entertainment in the evenings for the families. It was a great experience, our kids loved it. We will be back!

10min walk to ski rentals and lifts..
Nice, specious, and clean rooms with great storage area... so you can fit all you need.
Great decor and good swimming pools/spa facilities-sauna, steam rooms and so on...
Some kids areas and animations but all in Italian..
Good food, although we found it bit late for breakfast... as we usually finished eating around 22:00!
All very helpful and friendly, would def recommend although you might re-think if you want peace and quite and loads of kids running around and Screaming till late..
Nice stuff in shops around but all pretty expensive... which was disappointing.
