We stayed as a family with a package deal and unfortunately I would not recommend. The villa's are beautiful (we had a family of 4) and staff are lovely but we found the location too far out to go anywhere without a taxi and don't rely on the hotel shuttle as they are NEVER available.
The villa's are beautiful and staff keep them clean however our hot water was not working for the first 3 days which was totally unacceptable. I think parts of the hotel are a bit run down. The breakfast is good with pancakes and eggs cooked to liking but the food that was included in our package was really terrible so much so that we decided not to eat at the hotel because it was so depressing and gave us a bad view on the qaulity of food coming out of the restaurant. The traditional duck, nasi goreng etc was good but was not included in our package (which we had to order way in advance at breakfast time for lunch or dinner). Other meals took so long to prepare and normally came out luke warm anyway. If your looking for somewhere to just relax and perhaps have a scooter or car handy 24 by 7 then this is okay but I would have definitely prefered somewhere else.

We had an amazing 9 nights and extended our holiday by a further 7 nights. The villas are so spacious, crazy big! The pool was perfection. We loved being out of the busy end of Bali but still not too far from anywhere. Spa treatments were AMAZING but so affordable (definitely not Aussie prices). Restaurant staff were the best, so professional and so friendly. Our complimentary Indonesian language lesson with Adi ensured we could greet staff throughout the day. Super relaxing holiday in such a beautiful resort. Will definitely be back.
