I have come couple of times to London and stayed in Park Grand Paddington London hotel. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Especial thanks to Xavier and Floyd. Chef Sanish and his team served delicious food especially Lamb Biryani. Room service team made sure my room is immaculate on daily basis.

This hotel has lost all his charm, I wrote the feedback last time as well but to date, nobody bothered to even revert or acknowledge. However again I did a mistake by booking this hotel and I must say this is not the hotel which you should think about if you are going to London. Rooms are too small and housekeeping doesn't clean them at all. You can easily found dust, hairs and dirty spots everywhere in spite of room cleaning. Only food room dining or breakfast is good and no complaints about the team as well, they are good and do the things right. Indian chef, you will generally found during breakfast is the best and very cooperative. I will call this hotel room as a bunker and honestly the price they charge is not wroth for such a 2-star hotel.
