Pros:
• Own Pool
• Kitchen
• Big water cooler included
• Quite area
• Comfy big bed
• Big bathroom
• Breakfast included
• Fresh towels everyday
• Cheap and fast laundry service

Cons:
• Pool is freezing and dirty
• From 6am the cockerels start and are very loud
• Bathroom needs a good scrub
• In general the villa needs a good deep clean
• A lot of ants in the kitchen area (it's a bali and in the fields)
• Breakfast is very basic and not great
• Awful food from room service, use grab app for take out.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had an issue on our last day with Grab the taxi app. We used successfully for our 4 previous days. Cars and bikes no problem at all.
The local taxi men would not let us use this service and insisted on blocking the hotel entrance. They wanted to charge us 600,000 and grab wanted to charge 180,000. So you can see our issue. Anyway the hotel staff were amazing and helped us move from the hotel to another location.

My sister in law booked us for 3 nights stay.

We got Villa Paridisia during the stay. For me, my husband and our daughter it was our first time stay at the Papillon Villas, and we are quite satisfied with the facilities provided. After being told by our family, we know that they have stayed here before for a short holiday. so for my family it was their second visit.

All the facilities and amenities were really good and well maintained.

They have spacious area inside the villa, my daughter and my niece could play around the villa happily, also they were really happy with the pool.

The staff were really friendly, always greet us whenever we arrived and depart the villa. When we call for an assistance, they directly did what we ask them.

On the second day of stay, the marketing staff/manager (i forgot his name) was came in to our villa to greet us, and asked us about our experience stay.

After all, the villa were really worth the price, will definitely come back in another holiday.
