This place is truly amazing! The villa’s are excellent and spacious, the semi-outdoor bathroom is also great! The pool area is lovely and is relaxing looking out onto the rice terraces. Other reviews stated the pool was not clean however we did not notice this at all, it was one of the best we stayed at in Bali. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer lots of trips from the hotel and options for dinner, you can pre-order a meal for the following night and they purchase it from the market the day after, you can also pre order BBQ which they do in front of your villa! Alternatively you can choose on the day from the menu/specials board. The only negative if I could find one is the breakfast is average, pancakes, toast, eggs, fruit, the usual Bali breakfasts.
Lovina itself is also quiet, so is worth staying at Pandawa Village if you just want some time round the pool to relax. Not much to do in an evening, although a lot of local restaurants offer pick up and drop off service which is helpful! We also did the Sambangan waterfall trek whilst in Lovina (Aling-Aling, Kroya, Pecuk, Blue Lagoon etc) which was the highlight of our whole Bali trip!!

We booked Pandawa Village online as we planned to stay just the one night in Lovina with a goal of an early morning boat ride to watch dolphins. We stopped by the hotel a couple of days early on our way through to Pemuteran to meet (email/phone would have been just as easy) with the manager Pak Komang who could not have been more accommodating in arranging a 5:45 am start with our boat and captain at Rp 100k per head. The hotel is set back 500m from the main road amid the paddy fields providing a delightful level of tranquility. We pre-ordered dinner (seemed strange at the time) which worked in our favour. The 5 chalet style rooms at Pandawa Village are spacious and beautifully appointed amid well maintained gardens. They provide decent free wifi, have a pool for relaxation and hard-working courteous and attentive staff who pander to your needs. Dinner was fantastic! We had the restaurant to ourselves with a romantic pool decorated by a ring of candles. We came late for breakfast but that was a non-issue with the staff preparing tea/coffee/juice, fruits, pancakes, eggs & toast. Great value and highly recommended.
