Excellent stay from start to finish. The check in through the gentleman from France was effortless and enlightening,as he answered every question we has with friendliness and enthusiasm! The rooms were very clean and equiped with every amenity we needed, allowing us to make dinner in the room when desired.Had mentioned it was my 65th birthday and welcome card and bottle of wine was waiting in my room! The breakfast buffet was very good, the pool and hot tubs execellent!
Have come to Whistler many times and this was my first stay at the Pan Pacific Village, but certainly not my last!

Fantastic hotel, right in the heart of Whistler Village! Park your car, and walk to absolutely everything. We live in Vancouver, and were travelling for business, which necessitated arriving well ahead of check in time. They stored our bags (we packed heavy, knowing there was a full kitchen), and called me when our room was available. I asked if they would kindly deliver bags to our room, and jokingly asked if they could put our wines (in a wine bag) into our fridge. My husband returned to our room ahead of me, and called me to say "This place is the BEST - our luggage is here, and our wines are already chilled in our fridge!". Fabulous, spacious room. Luxurious bathroom, with Aveda products and lots of fluffy towels. Extremely friendly staff, and immaculate room. Since we were there on business, we did not have a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, or the hot tub/pool. We are returning this weekend, and excited to spend more time enjoying all of the facilities!
