We are seven star at harrahs but had family staying at this resort so wanted to stay in same hotel.
Not never been to such a bad resort and we have been all over the world. Not only was the bed horrid as we needed a noon check out and he demanded a $50 fee for it. (We had booked a sightseeing flight and needed the extra hour so we paid it. Along with the high room rate. Also if I had wanted a
Come from the mini bar it would have been $35.00
Ridiculous
Lastly the penny restaurant for breakfast and I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. I got a beef fried steak and when I asked was told that is what they consider chicken. As we took our kids there did not want to be embarrassed by sending it back so just did not eat it
I will never stay there and willl recommend to all our friends who gamble to stay away when in vegas

We stayed 3 nights in room 11202, a corner king junior suite. The only positive thing I can say about the experience is that the view was absolutely amazing! As soon as we came in the room we noticed that the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed because there was crap all over it and filth around the toilet & hair all over the floor in the bathroom. It was obvious that, other than the bed being made, nothing was done in this room! Upon closer inspection we found a huge hole in our sheets and dust almost a 1/4” thick on all the window sills in the bathroom. Under the bathroom counter there was broken glass! When you use the shower you were standing in filthy standing water that stayed there for an hour after you got out! The next day when we got back to our room the bathtub had hair in it and when you use the shower you were standing and filthy standing water that stayed there for an hour after you got out! The next day when we got back to our room late afternoon they had come in and made the bed but didn’t bother to take our dirty glasses and replace them with new ones. They had not swept the floor or cleaned the shower or any of the other basic things that they should’ve done. When I stopped one of the maids in the hall later that evening and asked for glasses and explain that we didn’t get any she seemed offended but begrudgingly gave us two! We had a late flight out on Thursday and called down to ask if we could possibly have a late check out and they offered two hours for an additional $40. We declined and left. I also have to mention that we had other people from our company staying at the Palms as well and their experience was equally as bad. So much so that they changed rooms on the first night and ended up with an equally bad room the second time around… Same issues as ours with standing water in the shower and filth. We would never stay at this hotel again and certainly never recommend it to anyone we know.
