This three-floor boutique hotel is in a great location and known for its super friendly service. Built in 1926, rooms are smaller and there is no elevator, but the accommodations are well appointed and the staff is always willing to help. One guaranteed free parking space is included with each room, which is like gold by the beach. Beach towels are plentiful and chairs and umbrellas are offered for rent.
One-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes or rooms with double beds are great options for families. The beach is just steps away, as are a convenience store and Dairy Queen. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace for live music and spectacular sunsets. Onsite Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar is the oldest operating beach pavilion in the state of Florida, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel has a small pool, and beach toys and boogie boards are available.

Is a great restaurant right on the beach. You can deep your feet in the sand while you wait for your order. Great sunset view by the Gulf. Live music and excellent fresh fish. Had grouper with shrimp and scallops combo. Delicious. For wine better dont ask the house but go for a safe name brand you know.
