Overview

The Palla Boutique Hotel is centrally located in the white city’s historic district. Cozy rooms accommodate two guests, and multiple rooms can be booked at the same time. Each room comes complete with hot water, a flat screen television and comfortable bedding. Rooms with kitchenettes can also be requested. A complimentary breakfast buffet is served by room service, and the onsite hotel specializes in traditional Peruvian meals. The front desk can arrange horseback riding tours, bus tours of the city and an educational alpaca encounter. Kids will enjoy the nearby water park, rock climbing wall, pirate themed mini golf course and the dinosaur park.

Best hotel during our entire Perú trip!

The Palla Boutique hotel is strongly recommended!! The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were super charming, quiet and clean. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and to enjoy the nice view over Arequipa and the Misti volcano. The location is perfect just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas. The breakfast buffet was truly the best we had within two weeks.

Really nice hotel

The hotel is well located, about three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Walking distance from the main sightseeing attractions.

It has a cool terrace to have breakfast and hang out, with an amazing view of the volcanoes.

The building is nice. Rooms are relatively small but recently renovated amd very cozy. Bed super comfortable, nice bathrooms. We got an upgrade and our king size room also had a private terrace.

Breakfast is included and is very good. Internet works well.

The only thing I did not like was the service. Staff at check in/check out do not seem to be happy and we did not feel welcomed.

Also, at the time of reservation, the hotel offered a taxi service to pick us up at the airport. We booked it, but it never arrived. When we got to the hotel they did not even apologize.

Anyway, I hope management does something about it because other than that it was a great experience.
