The staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The day we checked out we had forgotten our wallet in the room, and the staff were super helpful in looking for it, called us and wrote an email that they had found it. They looked through all the laundry and found it there, so it was quite an effort. So pleased with their eagerness to help!! Very sweet staff!

We were looking for cheap accommodation for a couple of nights, avoiding LA. We got that! Room was great, no problems at all, hotel staff were excellent - we had to complain about extremely loud TV noise from adjacent room late at night - immediately sorted. Seemed like lots of people stay there long-term; judging by constant noise and comings and goings, possibly shift workers. Walls are very thin so we could hear every word from neighbours' TV in the middle of the night at random times (went on ad off for no obvious reason). Area around the hotel is auto repair shops. There's a bar/Mexican restaurant next-door (very nice), Domino's the other way and a chicken place the other side of the street, but it's not a pleasant area to wander around in. Shame about the location because the room itself was pretty good!
