What a wonderful place to stay, Very historic but very well kept. Within walking distance to most everything in Salida that you need. Great value and great service. We stayed in Room 305 this is a 2 bedroom with 3 beds. Beds are comfortable and the view is great.

The Palace Hotel was originally built in the late 1800s or early 1900s. Following numerous remodels, the hotel is now billed as a boutique hotel. There are only a few rooms, each considered a suite with a small kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes. There is a specialty coffee mix in the room and tea outside the room. We also had breakfast room service (included in the cost). Be advised that the hotel does not have an elevator and there are three floors. The desk folks will take your luggage up, if you like.
