The big plus is resorts location to Front St. Rooms are decent, no ice or coffee filters. We have been coming every yr for over 10 yrs, ea yr resort just slips alittle further, be it AC not working, the “new” resort and cleaning fees that double the posted nightly rate, cable TV that takes a nuclear engineer to figure out, all this little stuff that annoys and you expect to work when you are paying over $1,000 for just a few nites. Big draw for me was salt water pool, which I understand now is no longer. The original charm and beauty of the place is pretty much gone and it feels like an Orlando Beach spring break loud house. Not sure we will be coming back....

Stayed here March 2019 during Spring Break with my family. Great location, relaxing, If you are look for a mini home/ apartment filling this is the place you want to be. Only down fall is parking cost!
