Brilliant 5 star resort

Absolutely fantastic hotel that has loads of positives and no faults. One of the best city hotels in the world.

Breakfast is sublime, the rooms are perfect (and quiet!), the staff are friendly and the location really good.

We loved the pool area too, great sport for an hour at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Magnificent views

I was there with a friend for holiday and the room we booked can actually see the Table Mountain. Was really great views and can't resist to see the beautiful views most of the time. So would suggest anyone who interested to book the room with the view, otherwise quite a waste to stay in the room without this magnificent view.

Front desk officer, Mthetho, was very patient and calm when he handled the check in for us. However, we just arrived, perhaps the check in can be more faster so that we can quickly go and get some food and rest after taking so many hours of flight.

Overall, the views are nice, location is great (walking distance to V&A Waterfront) , the staffs need to be more warm, friendly, more smiles and more proactive in servicing guests.
