Omni is not only in the perfect downtown New Haven location, it offers excellent service with quality amenities. Every time I travel home to Conn. and need to stay in New Haven, Omni Hotel is my first choice! Always wonderful staff too.

Went to an event on October 29th at the Omni Hotel. The event parking was $9.99. (Did not notice the small print as we drove into the garage – the event “started” at 6:00 p.m.). We got there around 4:30 to get HANDICAPPED PARKING and easy access to the event for our handicapped friend.
We were charged $23.45 for the parking because we got there before the 6:00 p.m. start time.
MATH: $23.45 minus the $9.99 = $13.46 for the additional 1 ½ hours of parking! Considering the MAX daily rate is $23, how does this make any sense?
