You Get What You Pay For

I had high hopes for this place but alas it was not to be! The ceiling in the entry way was wide open as you entered the hotel. The continental breakfast was something you might find in a developing country. It advertised a restaurant and bar but they were never open. We got a knock on our door the second day from a staff member wondering if anyone was in the room, poor accounting obviously! I won’t be back!

Relaxing time!

Positive was at check-in. Jeanine was great! She is very friendly and helpful through-out our stay. I am a Director of Engineering at a resort in Orlando and I know how important great service is for any hotel or business.

We also enjoyed the pool.

Negative was the manager wasn't so friendly. We had friends join us on our trip the for the 365 Jeep Life convention but the resort could not find their reservation. It took them over an hour to finally get it all sorted out. I noticed various other guests having the same issue. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool area
