Excellent Staff

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. All the staff in every department are very kind & friendly.
I want to give a special Thanks for the wonderful service in the Rumba Resturant. The breakfast crew go above and beyond with excellent service, this includes Salvador, Jonathan, Julio, Gera, and Vero. The supper staff are equally superb. This includes Harold, Samuel, Edgar, & Gabriel.

Overall good

This is a nice resort but there are no added restaurants. The food in the buffet was very good but a change would be nice. I don't think there are activities for kids. There is only one evening bar and no on site entertainment.
