Overview

This property is one of the few hotels that gives guests a direct view of the falls. Guests can walk to Niagara Falls and all the museums and attractions around it. Other nearby activities include biking, hiking, and golfing. At the hotel, guests can enjoy the indoor pool. The most appropriate guestroom for families includes the Bi-level Suites with four queen beds to accommodate up to ten guests. Connecting rooms are available. These two-level suites also include satellite TV, private bathroom, and air conditioning. An Applebee’s restaurant is attached to the hotel and a complimentary shuttle can take guests to a steak and seafood restaurant that serves dinner. Guests can also eat at one of the local restaurants that is within walking distance.

Anniversary trip, not impressed this time although our first time was wonderful.

We stayed here for our anniversary two years in a row. We found the experience inconsistent between visits. Room quality differs greatly between the old and new parts of the hotel. The river view on level two was view of parking lot. Some complaints about certain things were disregarded. Pleasant staff last year vs a stern and unfriendly experience this year.

great view but the accomodation is old and dated.

we absolutely loved the view overlooking the falls. unfortunately, the windows were very dirty. the room was a nice size but very dated; not very comfortable concerning the toilet-area (very old and not well maintained...). the bubble-bath also was also old and not as clean as I would expect it to be in a hotel of this price-range.
