Good hotel in centre of Madrid.

Reception was very good. The gentleman at reception was very polite and attentive. Answered all our questions and upgraded our room. Offered complimentary drinks while we were waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. Location was excellent near restaurants, shops and metro. we would stay there if we visit Madrid again.

After a not so super experience in Barcelona, I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise this hotel was clean, efficient and welcoming. The staff were happy to help and seemed to actually enjoy their work and us tourists. Didn't eat there because the location was too perfect for exploring other options. Lovely stay.
