If you want n uncomfortable night's sleep, without air circulation, in a hot room, even in November, then this is the place for you. I had a group of 26 people staying here and all of them complained of the lack if air circulation. The only ventilation in the rooms that does not deliver heat delivers warm air all night. The windows only open a few inches and that is not enough, even in the cold evenings. Very very disappointing.

Hotel is located in downtown of Cusco, just a few minute walk to Plaza del Armas, main square which Cusco Cathedral and some attractions are located.
The lobby has transparency roof. The service is good.
