We booked for four nights in August . Paid on arrival for a deluxe room!! Bathroom is very tired and dingy. Room spacious but needs maintenance. Pool has green slime around edges. We stayed in a room at the end of the large grounds. The block of two story rooms are surrounded by water feature that has potential to encourage you to sit on dirty patio seats but the water is green and smelly. Breakfast is of poor quality. Scrambled eggs and sausages sitting in a grubby Bain-Marie are offered or you cancook your own toast and add condiment of pineapple jam. We stayed only 2 nights and forfeited 2 nights that we had paid for. No offer of compensation.This hotel is deserted and rundown with empty derelict cottages along the pathway to the pool and main complex. The restaurant is rundown,dirty and uninviting. I would not recommend this place at all. We have traveled to Bali at least 15 times and usually stay in 3 star places that are far superior to this hotel and at times cheaper. The photos on websites are not a true reflection of this hotel. Only positive being a good poison and safe parking.

Run down resort, left after one night. Regretted every Penny. Our room was a disaster, dark, dirty and mold on the walls. AC old and more decoration than functional. There was dirt coming down from the ceiling several times. Bathroom was more than basic, shower was broken and toilet completely dirty!
Resort entrance/garden seems great and would never expect such rooms when you enter the resort. Huge contrast!
Breakfast was just two toast and a small package of jam, that's all!

One word to Lovina: Sad place, you won't find your peace there as you'll be bothered by wanders all the time!
