Went on a couples trip. I had been here with group of guys previously. It's impossible to do this place justice in a review. Stunning location, unbelievable fishing, wildlife, scenery, activities and above all else, the staff and hosts are amazing people who take great care of you. My wife doesn't really fish, but she loved the heli-fishing and caught some nice salmon. The lodge and rhythm to each day was absolutely magical. We had an amazing shore lunch with Orcas, whales, dolphin, and sea lions swimming off shore. And the next day, we had an amazing lunch next to a glacier. The food is out of this world. The entire time we were there, I was planning the next trip to Nimmo. The helicopter pilots are the best and are great fishing guides as well (very patient with the group - many novices). We saw bear and even snorkeled up to them on the last, short day we were there (the snorkeling was a non-standard request that they were very willing to accommodate - it was awesome, we ate sea urchin while in the water). The words that come to mind when I think of our trip and Nimmo are family, friends, service, wildlife and beauty. I can't wait to go back!

I had the great pleasure and privilege of visiting Nimmo Bay for the second time this past May. It's a mystifyingly beautiful experience that is extraordinary in every sense. Words truly can't capture what if feels like to be at Nimmo Bay.
