Great location...average value

This was in a great location. Rooms average. Very basic. Not good value. Nice area though. Breakfast was extortionate if added later...£19 each! Drinks at the bar expensive too...£6.19 for a bottle of local beer!

Amazing location!!!

Loved the location, the hotel is lovely. we checked in and found out our "garden level " room was the basement level. Not impressed but, they did move us. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to notting hill, bus outside the hotel to the centre of town. Will definitely stay there again.
