Brooklyn’s newest hotel has finally opened after much fanfare. William Vale, a 21-story, four-star hotel opened earlier this month with views of Brooklyn and the Manhattan skyline from its 183-room building.
Of the 183 rooms available at the William Vale, 25 of them are suites with balconies and separate bedrooms and living space. However, the Double-Double room is very accommodating to families with two double beds and a small sitting space, as well as a private balcony. The hotel also features a 60-foot outdoor lap pool (the longest hotel in the New York City area), a fitness center, and dining at multiple sights. Lueca, an Italian restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves as the main restaurant. During warmer months, the Vale Pool features light fare and snacks served poolside. Light bites are also available at the hotel’s 22nd-floor rooftop bar.
