Third Annual Harry Potter Event Scheduled at Universal Orlando

The third annual Harry Potter three-day weekend gathering of fans at Universal Orlando Resort is set to take place January 29 through 31, 2016.

“A Celebration of Harry Potter” is included with all general admission for Universal Orlando Resort, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogshead at Universal’s Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida. Guests will have an opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions with Harry Potter film talent from Warner Bros., and enjoy special panels and demonstrations regarding the Harry Potter series. Interactive and unique exhibits will be held at the celebration’s Expo, which will feature partners from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Pottermore, Scholastic, MinaLima, and Harry Potter: The Exhibition.

Special vacation packages go on sale August 19, with on-site hotel packages starting at $235 per night per adult. The Celebration Vacation package includes three-night hotel accommodations, three-day park-to-park admission, an exclusive Friday evening reception, breakfast at Three Broomsticks, early park admission, welcome gift and commemorative merchandise, and special guest access to events. The Celebration Vacation package also includes an exclusive autograph and photo sessions, and a Saturday evening reception at the Expo, breakfast at the Leaky Cauldron, with rates beginning at $405 per adult per night.
